Road racing is an exhilarating motorsport where riders push the boundaries of speed, skill, and precision , on surfaces typically composed of high-quality tarmac or asphalt. With bikes reaching breakneck speeds on straights and leaning at astonishing angles through corners, it's a showcase of the rider's finesse and control. Safety gear is paramount, including full-face helmets and leather suits. Tracks are technically challenging, featuring a variety of curves, straights, and elevation changes. The sport is fiercely competitive, attracting riders from around the world who compete for individual and team honors in different racing categories. Supported by passionate teams and sponsors, motorcycle road racing has a global fan base, and its riders exemplify dedication and unwavering passion for the thrill of the race.
Eddie's journey in motorcycle racing began in 2017 when he entered the sport on a Kawasaki Zx10, racing with CCS/ASRA. In 2019, he made a significant change by switching to a Suzuki SV650, a move that allowed him to refine his racing skills. With the SV650, he competed in lightweight sprint and endurance racing categories, and his dedication paid off with remarkable success. Eddie secured an impressive record, clinching four national championships, 14 regional championships, and achieving a commendable 3rd place overall in the endurance series (solo). In 2022, he took the next big step in his racing career, going pro with MotoAmerica. Currently, Eddie competes in the Twins Cup category aboard a Kawasaki Ninja 650, showcasing his talent and determination on a professional level.
